⚘Branches: Homo phantasians – the human who dreams, makes things, and dreams some more – Poets are subjects of the ineffable

We create to give some external, durable form to our inner universe. In other words, we create to transcend. And by transcending, we are residing in the inner universes of others who are touched by our creation -a creation which indeed is the product of our minds and hearts; it is the witness to our individual existence, our primordial force taking a form.
What we create is also the product of the assimilated forms of those who reside in us through their own creations: those characters, authors, stories, ideas, insights, poems, symbols, which we have received from other minds and hearts, other prisms of the universe.
In such a way, by creating and residing in others, who themselves might do likewise and reside in others, we are contributing to that churning stream of essential human impulse taking multivariate expressed forms which is the Great Spirit of Humanity. And the emanations of this spirit are at the disposal of any human mind, as long as they can find an entryway to it: a book that makes us fall in love with literature, a musical piece that introduces us to a composer, an insight which makes us curious to dig further.
The existence of this Great Spirit and the faithful nourishment it is given is something sacred.
